Dear Colleagues,

We would like to express our respect to all of you endeavoring for the national health at the responsible position and would like to invite you all to The 65th Annual Scientific Meeting of The Korean Society of Cardiology (KSC2021) to be held on October 16th to 18th.

In the ongoing pandemic of COVID-19, we have decided to hold KSC 2021 in virtual platform as we think the health of all participant as a top priority. We would like to provide diverse scientific programs though online to gratify the academic passion and support of our members.

Our society has made a remarkable development since its foundation and we are proud of the highest level of academic competence that is second to none internationally. It is thought to be the result of the seniors' visionary mind and the hard work of all members.

This year, under the slogan “Leading Science, Saving Lives”, we have prepared various sessions from basic research to clinical study to satisfy all attendees as well as Abstract/Case session and Young Investigator Competition for young fellows. There will be Basic Hot Sessions to share the latest issues and major research results in basic field, and Cross-specialty Sessions to communicate between fields and the latest guidelines and trials in Cardiology. We hope all the sessions would activate the academic exchanges and discussion among researchers.

We appreciate to all of you for the unstinting support to our society and for the constant researches under the difficult conditions suffering from COVID-19 and hope KSC2021 to be the successful meeting that meets the efforts of all.

We would like to ask for your active participation in KSC2021 so that it could become a prestigious meeting recognized globally with a plenty of cardiac knowledge.
